Private dining at home for 25 guests
An elaborate dinner in someone’s home. Menu, prep, cooking on location, serving and everything around it — this is where The Travelling Chef started.
This is where it all began: cooking in people’s homes, for family and friends. Still one of the best briefs there is.
For 25 guests we handled the full dinner. We arrive, we cook in your kitchen, we serve, and by the end the kitchen is cleaner than when we walked in.
No fixed menu. We talk beforehand about who is coming, what the season is giving and what you actually feel like, and build the menu around that.
The host never has to leave the table. That is the entire point.
