Wedding in Amsterdam for 145 guests

A wedding day is not a dinner with a run-up. It is three events back to back, each with its own energy, and the transitions decide whether the day works.

After the ceremony the reception started immediately with canapés passed around, so nobody stands watching the photographer with an empty glass. While guests were outside, the room was turned around for dinner.

Dinner itself: served to the table, in courses, for 145 people at once. That takes a kitchen running on location and a service team that knows each other.

We handled the menu, the on-site kitchen, the staff and the schedule for the whole day — from the first coffee to the last glass.
