From empty garden to complete party: marquee, bar, kitchen, staff, performers, AV and lighting. Organised end to end, so the host could simply be a guest at his own party.
This is the kind of brief where you call a caterer and end up with a production company. In a garden in Hilversum we built a complete party for 120 guests: stretch tent, bar, outdoor kitchen, furniture, lighting and sound.
The kitchen ran entirely on location. Seasonal vegetables went on the fire bowl, and the rest of the evening came round in waves — no queue, no buffet, but everyone eating at the same time.
Alongside food and drink we handled event management, the performers, the AV and the lighting. One point of contact, one schedule, one team that had struck the whole thing by six in the morning.
The best compliment came from the host himself: he got to experience his own party as a guest.
