A seated dinner for 60 guests in a landmark building in the middle of Amsterdam. Bespoke menu, kitchen on location, full service.
A remarkable venue is rarely an easy venue. Landmark halls seldom have a professional kitchen, and Beursplein is not somewhere you casually park a van outside.
We built a full kitchen on site and served a bespoke dinner for 60 guests, timed around the evening’s programme — so courses landed between the speakers rather than across them.
Professional without being stiff. Good wine, service that knows when to be invisible, and food that starts the conversation rather than interrupting it.
